Our products are backed with a 60 day limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 60 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise has been damaged in transit, simply refuse to accept delivery, stating "contents damaged upon inspection". Contact Backyard Decor and More and we will replace that item at no cost to you.
