Return Policy

Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return it for any reason, you can return or exchange the item within 60 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside it's original packaging. We have specific guidelines set in place to ensure a smooth return process. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If returning items for refund, merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to be clearly marked on teh outside packaging, or it will be refused resulting in a denied claim/refund. All returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.

At the time of receipt, please inspect your shipment for freight damage before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply refuse to accept delivery, stating "contents damaged upon inspection". Contact Backyard Decor and More and we will replace that item at no cost to you.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Please contact our customer service department for further instructions on your return and to receive an RGA number.
